The disease that many are having…”I am not good enough!”.
I don’t feel worthy. Worthy of having a great job, healthy body, healthy relationship.
I am not pretty enough. My legs are too big, too skinny.
I derriere is flat or too big.
I am not smart….
And the list goes on…………..
Self-worthiness and self-love goes hand in hand. The degree to that you love yourself is in direct correlation with the degree to that you think you are worthy to have a good life, to have a good job, and a beautiful car.
Your life today is a reflection of how much you love yourself and how much self-worth you have.
If you want to have a breakthrough or an extraordinary life you have to practice and increase your self-worth. If you want to reach any goal and attain it and feel fulfilled you have to increase your self-worth otherwise you will self-sabotage yourself.
You may feel confident after reaching a goal, but if you don’t feel you are worthy to have a good job, or a wonderful relationship you will sabotage it.
Do not confuse self-worthiness with self-confidence!
I am a very confidence human being, but had to worked at my self-worthiness too.
I had to work to feel worthy to be financial abundant, to be worthy of wealth.
What is the difference between self-worthiness and self-confidence?
Self-confidence is external, it’s attached to the stipulated goal: if you reach the goal, you feel confident of yourself that you achieved.
The self-worth is internal, it is the inner work.
You can be a very confident leader, but if your business isn’t growing, you are not performing well enough as a leader or you are not fulfilled in another area of your life, it’s because likely you don’t feel worthy of love or more success.
THE TRUTH.....NO-ONE CAN GIVE YOU SELF-WORTH, EXCEPT YOURSELF!!!

The first question is: Why, why are so many people feel they are not good enough, unworthy of love, and abundance?!
SELF -COMPARISON!!
Where do this come from?! SOCIAL MEDIA, MAIN STREAM MEDIA AND MAGAZINES!!!
The root of this syndrome often lies in self-comparison. This comparison come from: the media—social media, mainstream media, and magazines. The constant exposure to unrealistic standards creates a distorted view of reality and fuels feelings of inadequacy.
A Common Thread: A consistent message in my content is the negative impact of social media and mainstream media. These platforms perpetuate the "not good enough" syndrome, making it a widespread issue that affects our mental and emotional well-being. That's why it’s crucial to protect your energy and be mindful of what you consume.
Reframe Self-Comparison: Self-comparison is not bad. It can inspire you to grow and improve.
But you must ask yourself a second question:
WHOSE STANDARDS ARE YOU MEASURING YOURSELF AGAINST?
Are these standard set by SOCIAL MEDIA, MAIN STREAM MEDIA, SOCIETY?!!
It's time to get real.
Well, fasten your seat belt because we will get very real here….

Most images we see are heavily edited. Behind the glamorous photos, many people
are unhappy, and it’s all a façade.
Embrace Your Reality
Everyone has flaws, and that’s okay. Whether it’s cellulite, body size, or other features, these are normal. Focus on what you can control and let go of unrealistic comparisons.
STEPS TO STOP COMPARISON AND EMBRACE SELF- WORTH
1. RECOGNIZE AND ACCEPT YOUR UNIQUENESS
TODAY I WILL TELL YOU WHYYYY YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, WHY YOU ARE HANDSOME, WHY YOU DESERVE ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT THIS WORLD HAS TO OFFER.
FOR ME GOD, THE CREATOR, THE DIVINE THE UNIVERSE HAS TO OFFER….
HE MADE YOU, YOU ARE MADE, HE CREATE YOU FOR 9 MONTHS PERFECTLY IN THE WOUNDOF YOUR MOTHER.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE HERE!!!
YOU ARE UNIQUE!! THEREEEE IS YOUR COMPARISON…… YOURSELF… YOUR UNIQENESS, THERE IS NOO-ONE LIKE YOU, NO IDENTICAL TWIN, NO -ONE.
YOU ARE PERFECTLY CREATED!
But Jenny, what about if I am handicapped. Well, again the world has put that label on you.
But you are perfect. Why? That’s your soul contract; you signed spiritually to come here as you are!
IFFF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR APPEARANCE, TOO BIG, TO SKINNY…
DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. FOR YOUR HEALTH IN THE FIRST PLACE!
EMBRACE YOUR UNIQUENESS TODAY, BECAUSE THAT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER!!!
AND YOU DESERVE ABUNDANCE BECAUSE THE DIVINE/ UNIVERSE IS ABUNDANT!!
2. UNDERSTAND EVERYBODY HAS THEIR OWN GIFTS AND LIFE PURPOSE
When we compare ourselves with others is like comparing apples with oranges!
Why?! Because….Everybody has their own gifts, given by the Divine.
YOU CAME HERE WITH YOUR OWN TOOLKIT TO NAVIGATE THIS WORLD,
ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN LIFE PURPOSE!!!!
BUT YOU WANT THE TOOLS OF ANOTHER PERSON WITH ANOTHER LIFE TASK!!!
REALLY…..?!!!! (compassionate smile)
Sounds ridiculous or not?!
Again, compare yourself only to be better, to level up. To be inspired!
And remember, everyone has another spiritual journey.
Their story, process is not yours.
Maybe it seems like you are left behind…but you, beautiful soul, your destination and your
process are different- just like your life lessons!
3. ACKNOWLEDGE LIFE’S SEASONS
EVERYBODY IS AT A SEASON OF THEIR LIVES!!!
During my burnout, I said to myself: “God, I going to sit on this ocean wave, and I trust
that I will come out of this. I trust, that you will give me the right tools to conquer this!”
I made the decision: I open to receive clarity about my life path. And most important:
I am super curious to learn more!
The ride wasn’t easy, but I learned more then I learned in any season of my life!
4. LIVE IN THE PRESENT
How do you live more in the present?
Step 1. Monitoring what you focus on.
Which meanings you give to events and people.
Focus= Meaning = Emotions= Energy
Why?!
What you focus on and the meaning you give to people and events, give you
certain emotions. And emotions are energy!
Energy flows, where attention goes!
Step 2. Focus on events that you can control, not what you cannot control
Step 3. Do not live in the past. Already happened, you cannot control that.
Step 4. Mindful Meditation
5. USE ASKFIRMATIONS
Ask yourself: why are you worthy to have a good job? A healthy relationship?
Your subconscious mind will seek for the evidence.
Then you can use affirmations to affirm it.
Conclusion
The first step is to ask yourself, your mind is: Whose standard am I comparing myself with?
Remember, you are a unique beautiful creation with a divine purpose.
Your unique gifts are your toolkit, with your unique tools to fulfill your soul contract, your
life’s mission to elevate your soul and spirit in this time on earth!!
No matter where you are in life, remember that you are neverrrrr alone.
Spiritually, you are always supported.
