Her passion had always been education in the broadest sense, and it still is.

At 7 years old, she said to everyone, “I want to be a schoolteacher!”

From a very young age, Jenny Nicolina knew her life’s calling was to educate, uplift, and guide others. At just 7 years old, she told everyone:
"I will be a schoolteacher!"

Her grandmother on her mother’s side played a pivotal role in shaping Jenny’s values and purpose. Every weekend, from childhood until her fifteenth birthday, Jenny stayed with her grandmother, who would ask, “What would you like to be when you grow up?” Jenny would always respond, “A schoolteacher.”

At 17 years old, she went to the Netherlands to pursue her dream.

Her early fascination with education led her to the Netherlands at 17, where she pursued teacher training in Economics and Business administration. She expanded her expertise with studies in Dutch as a foreign language and Career Coaching, holding various roles that combined teaching, mentoring, and coaching.

A Career of Impact

Educating and coaching the youth always gave her so much fulfillment.

During this time, Jenny held various positions and discovered a deep fulfillment in educating and coaching youth, teaching in intermediate vocational schools and community colleges, mentoring groups, and helping dropouts return to school or retain employment.

Her entire career was marked by service through education and guidance — a theme that continues today.

Jenny’s work always centered on empowering others and creating lasting impact.

Returning to Curaçao in 2005, Jenny held government-appointed positions, managing projects like preschool education, guiding and collaborating with daycare centers, and supporting intermediate vocational schools. By 2015, she was a government-appointed Advisor.

In 2019, she had a burnout…

Despite her success, Jenny felt a growing misalignment with her soul purpose, and the stress eventually culminated in a burnout in 2019. This pivotal moment became a turning point, igniting her deeper self-reflection and spiritual inquiry: “God, help me gain a clear vision of my life purpose and the actions I need to take to fulfill it.” (because it is obvious I am on the wrong path).

A Journey of Healing and Transformation

Jenny’s spiritual growth had been ongoing for over 30 years, exploring personal development, health, consciousness, meditation, breathwork, and energy mastery. But it was in the years following her burnout that she integrated these practices fully, diving deeper inward to uncover clarity, alignment, and purpose.

Over the years, her passion for spiritual growth deepened. Jenny Nicolina embraced practices that nurtured mind, body, and soul, exploring consciousness, meditation, breathwork, and energy work. During her recovery from burnout, she was spiritually guided to become a Certified Pure Energy Healer, and further trained as an initiated Reiki Solas Practitioner, strengthening her ability to work holistically with energy, body, and mind. She also became a Certified Confidence Advisor, adding practical empowerment tools to her multidimensional approach.

Nowadays, Jenny Nicolina puts her wisdom and, most crucial: her spirit at service to others. Her personal experience of burnout, sensitivity, and recovery became a foundation of empathy, credibility, and insight for her work. She understands what it truly means to feel deeply, give fully, and navigate life as a sensitive, high-performing individual.

Through her work, Jenny Nicolina bridges the professional and energetic worlds. She supports empaths, (sensitive) team members, sensitive high-performing global leaders, and organizations to recover and prevent burnout, protect and elevate their energy, master mental wellbeing, and restore clarity, resilience, and inner stability.
