You are scheduling the Remote Advisory for workplace wellbeing and environmental assessment. This consultation is designed to help you understand your workplace environment, discuss your organization's current situation, and receive professional guidance on how the Remote Advisory Package can be implemented in your environment. Before scheduling your session, please read the information below carefully. What to Expect The Remote Advisory is a guided process that requires preparation before your consultation. After booking and payment confirmation Preparation • Complete the Remote Advisory Workplace Assessment and submit the required photos and/or video. • Jenny reviews your assessment and submitted material. • You receive the Preparation & Instruction Manual • You review the manual carefully and prepare the required materials for your session. Your Remote Advisory Consultation During the Google Meet consultation: • Discuss your workplace needs. • Review recommendations and implementation. • Ask questions and clarify next steps. The preparation period allows sufficient time to review your workplace information and ensures that you enter the consultation prepared, so the session can be used effectively. After the consultation, you will receive the follow-up support included in your Remote Advisory Package. Scheduling & Payment Notice Please read before requesting a session. Session Scheduling Please select a session date at least 14 days from your booking request. This allows sufficient time for payment processing, assessment, review, and preparation. Payment Method Payment is made via bank transfer. Please allow 3–5 business days for payment processing. Confirmation Your session is confirmed only after payment has been received. The selected time slot is considered a booking request and is confirmed once payment has been received.
